🍁I do my best to make sure each bag is filled with unique designs, but in rare cases, you may receive a few duplicates if certain items are low in stock. Please note: If you order two or more bags, some duplicate designs are likely due to overlapping inventory.

📅 When are grab bags released?

Grab bags are released on the 1st of each month.
You can sign up anytime, but to receive the current month’s bag, make sure you subscribe before the 25th of the previous month.

Example:

• Subscribe by January 25 → You’ll receive the February Grab Bag 🎀

• Subscribe AFTER January 25 → Your first bag will be the March Grab Bag

💳 When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged on the 1st of each month for that month’s grab bag.
If you subscribe after the 1st, your payment will process immediately, and your first bag will ship in the next release cycle.

📦 When do grab bags ship?

Grab bags are shipped between the 5th–10th of each month.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on the way.

🛍️ Can I order shop items with my grab bag?

If you purchase other items along with your grab bag, all items will ship together once the grab bags are ready.
To get your shop items sooner, please place them in a separate order. If you add additional items to your first initial subscription order I will refund the shipping cost, NO WORRIES.

💡 Tip: If you’re ever overcharged for shipping due to combined weights, we’ll refund any extra when your order ships.
