What's Not Allowed

✘ Sell or share the digital files.
✘ Upload the files to any website or cloud storage for public access.
✘ Resell the artwork as clipart, PNGs, SVGs, templates, or digital downloads.
✘ Claim the artwork as your own.
✘ Use the artwork for logos or trademarks.
✘ Transfer the license to another person or business.
Small Business Commercial License

What's Allowed
✔ Create and sell up to 500 finished physical products using the purchased design.
✔ Use the design on stickers, sticker sheets, bookmarks, notepads, memo pads, planners, journals, greeting cards, gift tags, and other handmade stationery.
✔ Sell your finished products through Etsy, Shopify, your own website, craft fairs, local markets, and retail stores.
✔ Resize, recolor, crop, or make minor edits to fit your products.
✔ Print products yourself or through a professional printing service.
What's Not Allowed
✘ Sell, share, gift, or redistribute the original digital files.
✘ Resell the artwork as digital products, clipart, PNG files, SVG files, templates, or design resources.
✘ Upload the artwork to stock image websites, marketplaces, or file-sharing websites.
✘ Claim ownership or copyright of the artwork.
✘ Register the artwork as a logo or trademark.
✘ Transfer or sublicense this license to another person or business.
✘ Use the artwork with third-party print-on-demand services unless you have written permission.
✘ Exceed 500 finished physical products. An Unlimited Commercial License is required after reaching this limit.
Unlimited Commercial License

What's Allowed
✔ Create and sell unlimited finished physical products using the purchased design.
✔ Sell through Etsy, Shopify, your own website, craft fairs, retail stores, wholesale accounts, and local markets.
✔ Print products yourself or use a commercial printing company.
✔ Resize, recolor, crop, and make reasonable modifications to fit your products.
✔ Use the artwork on stickers, sticker sheets, bookmarks, planners, journals, notepads, memo pads, stationery, gift tags, greeting cards, packaging, and other finished physical products.
What's Not Allowed
✘ Sell, share, copy, gift, or redistribute the original digital files.
✘ Resell the artwork as digital downloads, clipart, SVG files, PNG files, templates, seamless patterns, or any other digital product.
✘ Upload the files to stock image websites, design marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms.
✘ Claim ownership or copyright of the artwork.
✘ Register the artwork as a trademark or logo.
✘ Transfer or sublicense this license to another individual or business.
✘ Include the artwork in editable templates, design bundles, or resource packs for resale.
✘ Use the artwork in any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading manner.
Copyright & Ownership
All artwork, illustrations, graphics, and digital files remain the exclusive intellectual property of Smith's Digital Vault.
Purchasing a license grants permission to use the artwork according to the terms above. No copyright or ownership is transferred to the purchaser.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, or resale of these files is strictly prohibited.
Smith's Digital Vault reserves the right to update these license terms at any time. The license in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
